Brad and Marlee met working as servers at the Four Seasons Resort Maui, after both having prior years of bartending experience in high end restaurants and catering companies throughout California, Illinois and Hawaii.

​

Marlee grew up in the Napa Valley of California working at her parents two restaurants, which they owned for over 30 years. 

Brad has had over 20 years of bartending, and serving experience, which introduced him to his love of wine. He is now a level two

Certified Sommelier.
